Thus, the way input files are added to the conversion and audio extraction lists may be a bit tricky at first – before selecting any source file, you need to select the operation you wish the program to perform, which will send you to the wizard-like interface that deals with that function. You can repeat this selection process as many times as tasks you want the program to perform. This will generate a task list that the program will deal with in one single operation. You will need to create a new task for each output format required, but you will be allowed to add to the same task as many multimedia files as needed. When clicking on the “Execute” icon, #1 Video Converter will go through all the tasks in the list, converting, extracting, merging, or cutting the files selected.

One feature that you do not see very often in this type of conversion tools is the “image extractor”. This will take automatic snapshots of your videos each X number of seconds, as opposed to the snapshots that we usually take manually while watching the video in question. This process can be performed in the entire video or in a previously-delimited section of it.
